Games fly out in window mode

Absolutely all the games, which include window mode or window without a frame, fly out. This is only on a discrete graphics card, on the integrated works normally, but to play on it in any way. Windovs 8.1 (tested on two different, the result is the same) In the comments all wrote that works perfectly.
I play only in full-screen, but when I wind down the game, it turns on the window mode.
Even 3ds max didn't show up with a view port when included in the dx 11 settings, and only displayed in dx 9 mode.
Tested in games: gta v (downloaded in rockstar launcher. Departure with error ERR_GFX_D3D_INT), Rdr 2 (pirate. Departure without error) nfs mw 2 (full-screen only)
I think it's worth adding that there were norms in the top ten.
