The problem with the installer (Genshin Impact)

Downloaded from the site installer, pumped to the desktop.
Now there is a window from which to download the game itself. The problem is, the resolution of the window goes beyond the screen, and does not reach the cherished button to install. The window can be pulled to the left to the right, but it does not want to go up, no matter how you try.
Tried:
In properties a attribute -w; -window - change resolution -w 800, -h 600 or z szx 1680 szy 1050
Change the resolution of the screen itself (I have 1920 1080)
