Problem with the Battle of Caer Morchen (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

All good times of day! I had a problem with the Battle of Caer Morchen. The bug happens when Ciri intervenes in the battle, but she is stopped by Vesymir. And after this cat-scene begins the "fun." Ciri falls under the map, teleports it back, the screen begins to flicker. (HELP)
P.S I confess I was somewhere in the beginning and in the middle of the game used a console.

P.S.s : Steam version. Conducted a file integrity check (didn't help), deleted the game and rocked again. I changed the saves, but nothing helped... Going from the beginning? (-200 hours of play)
