How do you completely turn off the shadows in the game? (Resident Evil 3: Nemesis)

Do you think the shadows are eating a lot of phps? If they are on minimals then there and so will be 1-2 phps to be lost only on them, that is no sense.

Well, I do not put shadows on the minimalists, I have them on high, exposing them to the minimum game gets a squalid look so I just want to turn them off.
