Error 004d20d8 (Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game)

I'm going with Jan to clean up the Khan camp, almost everyone was dead. But at some point the game begins to fly out when fired from a shotgun. I didn't do anything with the game, I just played as usual. There are no mods.
