LooksMenu FLYING! (Fallout 4)

I installed it means it is the most looksmenu, began to play, but then the problem surfaced - every time the game starts the file flies off and it has to be activated again. The other 35 mods are fine. I set the fashions by throwing them in the folder with the game and then activate in the game itself, in the "Modifications" tab. Already wrote all these lines in ini-files, not knowing whether they are necessary or not, still does not work.
How to fix it?

To work LooksMenu still need F4SE, it is installed? Without it, there will be a mistake

Exactly the same problem. Everything you need to work is installed. But each time you have to reactivate in the game.
