Mafia definitive edition on win7 (Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven)

In general, then launched with a patch on the seven. The game is going great, the fps are flat and the departures are not watching but there is one problem. When turning the camera picture as if twitches a little and when I lower the mouse down then in the game there is a cursor. It's probably something to do with the "screen boundaries" that need to be turned off so that the game works with the patch.

It's a ten-to-ten, neutered, overloaded with crap from small-scale, flawed OS, not for advanced users. Advanced either on the seven, put seven even on modern iron with NVMe and new ryzans of rhazan or intel, or after the seven on linux crossed.
