Windis does not start, there is no bug klelan.sys

I've been checking the pc for a year, but I've been turning it on 4 times, after checking 30,000 files, and pc has turned off. When you turn on the error 0x0000000f click the enter and the error 0x0000428 no klelam.sys file. Virus???

The question is closed. The banal f8 and then f8. Despite the fact that the safe mode was not turned on I somehow went into the Wind and demolished Kaspersky.
