The sound from the headphones goes into the microphone

Hello everyone, I have this problem when I plug in both the micro and the tunics in the front of the sound panel, the sound from the headphones goes into the micro. I can let you talk to my friends and watch videos, and they hear the sound from the video. Also sometimes they can hear myself, and when I click to check the micro in the settings, it goes as if an endless echo, once said and went on.
