The "program doesn't respond" error at the same location (Resident Evil 2)

At first I had this error after the introductory video I tried and the game to re-set and Visual Studio did not help then I decided to come in the last time or the same will return the game, came and like everything is fine, but when I got into the location with the police station and went there the first mission (where give a battle knife), and the game again flies (
