Level of skill! (Rogue Company)

I want to know there is a sense to swing beyond the 5 level of skill rewards will be what or not and what max level of skill has seen 9 kind of eat, further not seen it means that 10 is the maximum level of the agent? And what give for a level 10 agent if it is the maximum level.
