Problems with fishing on the gamepad Hibah (On PC) (Red Dead Redemption 2)

For some reason, when twisting the right stick, the line is lost. And three minutes I twist without stopping and the fish does not approach a centimeter. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

As I understood (fish caught only during that job, if anything), keeping the stick pressed, the line is fixed, so that the fish did not pull it and did not break, the rotation of the stick line is already winding xD

We need to turn on the ETH setting. In the end, to pull out the fish, you will just need to clamp X.

Go to the settings, there you can switch from torsion to click RS. It's going to be a lot easier.
