Start-up error (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

In the game itself there is no option to choose the language, asks to finish separately the package, but in the menu of the Yubisoft Lauchmer there is no choice, only the Russian language is worth. Does anyone know how to change to English?

They have servers now glitchy, constantly the warning will climb out. Check the tab more often when the selection appears.
Also, the achievements in Ubisoft Connect are not displayed now, only tests and rewards.
That's strange, like the official support for DX12 is on GTX 680, but the game does not start ((((Sitting waiting for the game to be added to GeForce Now, already breaks me.
