Broken quests (Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines)

Hello everyone I have a problem with quests in the game namely either they are not issued or not performed
like the "Dear Kings" quest after all you have to give a gift, but I don't get it.
Or a quest associated with a sarcophagus.
I'm supposed to be a catescence, but I'm being thrown into the hall on the first floor.
