Problems with character selection (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

Is there generally any benefit from choosing a character's gender at the beginning or just for a tick done?

Well, given that the floor can be changed in the middle of the game, I don't think it gives anything.

For the gal, the floor can be changed on the go. Except I couldn't play for a woman, terrible, and the voice of a transuisting pitching.
