How to reduce RAM latency on insyde corp bios

There are prolags in many games. When I play Dark Souls 3, the screen slows down sharply by 4-5 seconds several times, with a consistently high phps. In other games the situation is similar. Watched a lot of videos and read articles, most likely that friezes occur because of the high latency of RAM: 110-120. And the problem is that in the bios there is no way to change its settings, and normal guides on how to do it I have not found.
