How to play full screen in the WIN10 (prevent panel) (Gears of War 4)

It is clear that the way work WIN10 apps, but the mouse is now impossible to play??? I have a XONE controller, but to use it in shooters I do not know and do not want to know, so play on mouse+keyboard. The game exhibited full-screen mode.
