There is a bunch of deer with antlers in England by the lake. The lake is in the south below Readingum Abbey in Hamptunshire. It is in the northeast of the kingdom.
In Norway, I found three horns quite simply: I spotted the location of the male with a raven and quietly crept up to him at a shot distance, saved and rebooted until either the antlers fell out, or after a dozen reboots, I went to look for another deer.
