I can't pass the medallions of the Order of Haisimu. (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

I can't pass the medallions of the Order of Heisimu and so do the Roman artifacts. In the dialog window it is written that I have 6 medallions but the dialogue is gray and does not click, the same with roman artifacts, I have 7 of them but I can not pass, stupid dialogue does not work, the rest of the dialogues work. Who had that?

They tell you how much to give, not how much you have in your arms. Get in the inventory and check.
