Rank doesn't go up (Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

I have a slightly different problem. I get experience, but here in the info about the fight is written rank X and in the profile rank U at that profile lower than in the info about the fight. if you can't get prestige after getting prestige, then there's a glitch.
