Glitch vertical synchronization in all games

When vertical syncronization is turned on. Monitor 60 Hz. At 1 second, 60fps, second 30fps, 3rd second 60fps, 4 second 30 phps. The graph is fps, like a comb. What could it be?

It's in dh12 mode. You turn on the dh11 and everything is going well.

Remove the video driver by Display Driver Uninstaller, while installing the new driver video, tick the clean installation.

Try the games window without a frame.

In the first case, this is normal behavior. It is very likely that the system simply does not pull out the cherished 60 phps.
And on the 11th Direct often phps a little higher, so it turns out to hold 60.
Try the Invidium control panel to expose other values (Fast, etc.) The main thing is that adaptive nowhere to be found (half the frequency of the monitor).

It's not normal behavior, I've never had that.

You've probably got a config that's not identical, and judging by the logic, it's a little better, FIRST.

Vertical synchronization allows you to fix FPS at 30 (triple buffering) or 60 (double buffering).
In a normal situation, the FPS should "cut" to 60 if its value exceeds this figure, or to 30 if its value falls far short of 60 (somewhere in the area of 30 to 45).

DX12 - disabling triple buffering.

The best option is adaptive vertical synchronization or lock to the stable value of fps, which takes out the pc.
