is that how it's going to happen every time I start a game, or am I doing something wrong? License epic.

I have this happen after a Windows update or driver.

I only have this on patch 1.08 and there is no such thing on the pre-going.

Did you wait for the optimization process to end? I didn't have any tacos on any version.
If you have a LocalCacheDX12-PSODB file.bin, try removing and waiting for the optimization to end.
