I wanted to put them a little bit. Ordinary weapons are edited elementaryly in DefaultGameData_WeaponData, but I did not find a new weapon there. And how to bet on the pirate DLS? There's no Steam folder, is there? I tried to put the add-ons in Mods and config but they didn't work because of the armwork.

After editing, the gun was gone. It was, you could take it, look, but in missions it was for beauty. I edited the XComGameData_WeaponData.ini file in XCOM 2/XComGame/DLC_2'Config
But it didn't help me. The game stopped seeing this file at all. The characteristics of even the weapon I didn't touch (the gun) were used. I tried to re-create the file, copy, removed unnecessary lines with comments, but did not help. Then just took all the contents of the file (without comment) and inserted into the shared file:
DefaultGameData_WeaponData.ini
In the XCOM folder 2/XComGame'n Config
And it worked really well. Including now you can change the parameters of the damag. I doubled them... a little bit of a :) but for a unique gun is normal, especially as running my Persian ...

Honestly, when I tried - just interesting was, but now in general these weapons do not use - fashion is. Apparently the fashion files themselves conflict with the created settings and works if only customized through the main config.

As I wrote above, the contents are copied to the main file, and everything is OK. I put the gun up a lot because it's a single-charge. The rest of the weapon brought to the level of plasma damage, so that remained relevant.

Also tried, but the most scourge of all weapons - settings slots. Even characters with poor accuracy having any weapon with 6 slots of modifications on weapons just tear, as they say, "random". True all the modules to collect - you need to try, but if even on a standard plasma rifle to make 6 slots and all 15%, then begins beating children q)

Well, yes, I tried not to do the imbas, but just abut the damage of the harpoon. I've thrown it in two times:) but if you take into account the fact that after each shot is spent the move to recharge, it turned out fine. Slots did not add, multi-charge harpoon is dissonance:). The rest pulled the damage to the plasma weapon. How to modify to work, wrote above.

Yes, but it is single-charged, so you have to recharge after each shot, it is minus the move and therefore -11 damage for 2 moves ... And since the weapon is unique, I wanted more help. I've done 20 damages for three litres, and I'm fine. Yes, the game is simplified, but now there is a special man with a gun to kill especially fat enemies.
I'm not improving for some reason the weapon from DLS. Plasma weapons are already open, and the harpoon is still standard. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. How to improve?
