Installing the game patch is not found (Mass Effect)

Actually, that's all the installer writes to me when trying to install patch 1.02. Right away saying the game is not very licensed. I ask for help from knowledgeable people

And, at once I say that all the paths/folder names/username/card number/code from intercom and Latin alphabet-all spelled out in English

If the pirate - another repack to help, there and patch nothing.

And if the license, there seems to be everything and so taken patched ...
