On high-lying locations (if I'm not mistaken 160 degrees), with the same chests and elite mobs. If you're impatient, look for patrols. They are guaranteed to fall one bullion (which depends on their lvl). Patrols always spar in the same places and you can farm with neurologists. Where to look at Google, full of guides on the subject.
