The problem with the key binding (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Yes, I put fashions... Now the key binding is just stupidly gone... What's bandaged and works, BUT... I can't change anything... In the active change only one key F5 and that under the lock ... Who faced with such a fig advise...
WHA: Dumping in a default doesn't help.

The option to rearrange the game was thought... But the imho settings that somewhere will remain. You don't care.
