Who has an alternative client, please help (Diablo 2)

The alt client does not work. The customer is downloaded on the Blizzard website, there are keys. I've set it up, it's working, it's going to work. When installing the alt client gives an error and the game does not start. Winda 10 x64. Previously pressed compatibility with Windows 7.8 and everything worked like a clock. Now I can't run, I'm picking for the second day. Who has encountered, please share how to solve the problem.
