Strange power supply sounds

Hello! Recently started noticing a strange thing from my power supply Super Flower Leadex II 750 W
there are sounds similar to crackling or chirping, but noticed an interesting detail, if on the power supply to turn on ECO mode, then the crack is absent, and if you turn off, it appears
The track is not permanent, but appears every 5-10 seconds, and lasts less than a second
Can you help solve this problem?
