For those who have low fps on a normal PC (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))
Me and my friend during the beta test are faced with this problem. The meter showed 80-90 frames, but it feels like the game runs at 20-30 fps. The problem was that I put a bolt on the optimization of the game under Windows 7, the game need 12 direct, to work properly. Well, actually we put 10ку and voila, the game started to give honest 80-90 frames. By the way the same problem was in the new Gears of War.2 Comments
