The problem with running a game on PC (Halo 4)

Hello world! Decided to address with such a problem, maybe someone has already encountered such. Since the release bought in Steam collection Halo - The Master Chief Collection, all the games downloaded and worked normally, and when downloaded the last part of this collection - the game generally ceased to start, immediately hangs on the starting logo, helps only removing the process manually. I remove the fourth part and immediately the collection starts, all the games work normally. In general, some problem with Halo 4. Guys, please tell me, what can this be about and is there any solution to this problem? Or is it just a lack of developers and need to wait for the patch?
