Fallout 4 screen resolution problem on Asus note (Fallout 4)

I'm launching the game in full screen 1366 x768 or 1600 x900 resolutions. After winding down the game to go to the browser on the alt-tab. The game unfolds and breaks off the screen at the edges as shown in the screens before and after (very approximate value of the screen in the game - unclearly visible to play impossible!!!!!!!). In the 1920s1080 this was not observed but I can't play t to lag. Help with the problem who knows the pliz!!!!!!!!!!! there is iron of the laptop on the screens.
