The stationary biomass burner periodically requires pulling the fuse lever. With enough biofuels, it does not work (burns yellow) and constantly requires pulling the lever of restart of the fuse. Try looking at the utility monitor after turning it on. If any generator behaves this way, it means that the network is overloaded.
In this case, new generators should be built and connected to the same network. By using the lever, all generators on the grid are restarted simultaneously. If this is not yet possible, you need to disconnect unnecessary fabricators from the network.
