That each time the Shaders are optimized, it is apparently a massive problem (I have exactly the same). As for the textures, try to put a full-screen mode, remove the blur in motion and FidelityFX CAS (and better never turn on, the picture is killed), put the scale of the frame at 100, the frame limit at 60, disable all trainers/fashion/programs like GeForce Experience.

you just fed her too many herbs and berries, that's the ass of cellulite and covered. Run more without fast-restwell and the texture of her ass will be smooth and crisp.
