bug with the exit of the asgord (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

I went a second time to Asgard and can not go out no eyes that would come out and the last save I have as much as three hours ago .if I download the game I will have to pass 3 chacha games not hunting who faced tell tell me how to get out of the asgord?
