Replacing textures. (Grand Theft Auto 4)

I'm all scratching my head over the question, but where to find a less fresh textured pack of the city (or at least roads) to replace 100% asphalt? Downloaded the roads DKT70 - look great, but sometimes shine through vanilla textures. And so with each mod that replaces roads, but not replaces buildings.
P.S. Fizzys Road Pack, Ultimate Textures 2.0 and Better City Textures do not have such shoals, but the textures themselves are no longer very...
