I don't know why, it's up to the developers to ask why they used the 12, oh they had to inject the beams.
It is unlikely that in the future they will add Vulkan, there is no confirmation from the developers.
P.S. if really at least Vulkan added it would be a productive game.

2 with a volcano for a long time worked worse than direct 12 . So it's not a fact that everything would be smooth here.

Well, in fact, yes, but over time still corrected in Drd 2 and everything works well fps stable, and in Directx 12 forever in one place 60 fps in another 30 or less, but still sorry that did not add Vulkan.
An example of no man sky which has been transformed with vulkan api and more productive game has become.

C DX 11 and DX 12 I have 10 phps, and with a volcano 30 phps. Is there a difference?
