The graphics card is in a simple, the whole load goes to the percent (Cyberpunk 2077)

I noticed only after 2 hours of play that the video card is not loaded at all, as if the game does not see it. Maybe someone knows how to solve this?
P.s. All wood is updated, the card is fully operational (GTX 1070 TI )

Deleted all drivers on the nvidia card. Asked the priority "real time" and in the tab "set similarities" turned off "core 0" and "core 1" helped a lot. The processor is not loaded above 70%, the graphics card is stable 96%. Preset graphics "ultra" without tracing 35-40 fps. (Laptop configuration: Ryzen 7 3750H, GTX 1660ti, 8gb ddr4).

So you rolled up the window, so there is no load. You need to watch in real time, and not in a minimized state. As correctly written above - msi afterburner. As for the reasons for this, this is such an optimization in Polish. Will be completed over time.

Well, let me understand: GTX 1660S, i5-7600K, 16GB DDR4, SSD.
Regardless of the settings, they are recommended from Nvidia, or everything is 100% at a minimum, the temperature does not go above 65, 4-4.1 hertz, the vidyuha is idle, the FPS jumps like a UAZ on the Russian Taiga roads. Jumps from 17 to 60. And stability is only a dream. If you dissect the world by car, there are 22-27 fps. This is the lowest gap. The club was 25, in the building of the office 48-59, when communicating in the car 32-39, etc. In short, horror.
