Sound problems (Cyberpunk 2077)

Periodically the npc sound disappears altogether. Right during the cut-scets and the character's speech just stops the voiceover. What could be the problem?

Who wrote that 16 bit 48000 Hz will not work. ?

I also have a problem with the sound, but it will not disappear, it just wheezes. Reduced settings, but does not help.
