Running the main game (Cyberpunk 2077)

Passed the prologue. Watched the video after the prologue, is downloading a new mission. Sound and Everything! Departure with a critical error. It's a Stim officer. Once I had time to see that I was already sitting in the car and flying out.
With the settings of the graphics, everything tried did not help. What is this? And how to treat?

There's all three prologues flying out of the corporation when you sit in a chair, for a street kid when you leave the bar, and for the nomad after the video, I thought it was a pirate's problem.
