PPS subsidence (Horizon: Zero Dawn)
As an example, here's a video you watch from the 4th minute, when the dude puts everything on the ultra, he has drawdowns at sharp turns below 30 FPS begin, I have absolutely similar, in any settings. Config i5 3450 3.1 Ghz, GTX 1060 6 GB 8 GB RAM. Maybe it's the operative? He's got a lot better than mine, but he's still sagging. And the operatives are as 8GB as I have.5 Comments

I tested this game on R 5 2600 X/RX 5500 XT 8 GB/32 GB DDR 4.
Spoiler
Even on such a system in 1080r failed
get 60 FPS on ultra settings.
If you compare with i5 3450 3.1 Ghz, GTX 1060 6 GB 8 GB RAM, there is simply a chasm in performance between them, and the game is optimized for iron from AMD. The only advice is to lower the permit to 720p.

I even spread down to 1600x900, and the settings are the most minimal. There are drawdowns anyway.
