Spontaneous keystrokes during the game (Metro Exodus)

After a couple of minutes of gameplay, the buttons start to press spontaneously. The inventory opens, the lantern/PNV charger is obtained, and it is impossible to play. The buttons were not reassigned in the control settings. The comp game pulls on the ultras in 60ft quietly.
What I've tried so far:
1) ENG keyboard layout;
2) Delete user file.cfg;
3) shutting down the Internet;
4) CLEANING PC (installed net Win 10 Pro, drivers off sites, etc.);
5) Disabling the XBox controller wire.
None of the above helps.
Has anyone come across this? How to solve it and is it possible at all?
P.S. game with a controller adequate, but play wildly uncomfortable.
