All sound in the game works fine except for the radio.
The radio works very quietly, it is barely audible.
But if all the sliders are set to the minimum, and the music and radio to the maximum, then the NPCs who have a guitar, their music starts playing very loudly (louder than the radio and all other sounds)!

16 bit 48000 Hz didn't help

the volume slider for music and radio, both of me are responsible for music and radio. not separately, but together. the sound is also quiet radio.
for a while, deleting the game settings in
C: Users Name AppData Local CD Projekt Red Cyberpunk 2077 UserSettings.json helped,
but right now everything is bugging again
