1080ti vs 2070super

I know that there are a lot of comparisons on the Internet for these cards, only here in each video in the same games the result is different, somewhere they are nose to nose, and in another video in the same game the difference in fps is ~ 10. Duck, who can own or owned both of these cards, which one is still more powerful? Just 2-3 months ago, 2070 cost 30-35 used, right now it's already 40+. So I'm looking at 1080ti
