Low FPS on i5 4470, RX 470 (Cyberpunk 2077)
Operatives 8g.The city has 19 fps, no FPS stuff changes. I watched the tests on YouTube, people with a similar configuration play on medium, medium-high at 30-45 fps. I updated the firewood, installed the patch of the first day.
Does anyone have the same problem?
strangely I have such an almost computer i5 3470 rx570 4gb Textures are high, everything else is of low quality. In the city, drawdowns up to 35 are not less than an average of 40-45 in the city. Outside the city, 55-60 frames are stable) Maybe it's your firewood or Windows? I have Windows 10 1809, the firewood is not the freshest for vidyuhu)
Then there is generally 0 logic in optimizing this game. I'll try to update Windows

How are you doing after updating Windows?
I have a similar problem, with all that the processor is loaded by 60 percent on the video card and even less. I understand a weak processor does not open the video, then the percentage would be loaded at 100% video by 50%) or everything is weak, everything would be loaded at 100%, but the FPS would be low, but here it turns out the hardware works half-heartedly. I don't even know what's the matter.
It is possible that ... they write that the game was created in cooperation with intel. AMD processes do not always work correctly, perhaps a hundred of Radeons do not work correctly either. Although, again, it works fine for someone

If the processor does not export it does not have to be loaded under 100.

Honestly, then I do not understand the logic of the processor, then, the processor does not export, the game does not have enough processor power and it loads it by 50% instead of 100%? is it like this? All games before that loaded both the percent and the card at 100% including RDR2 and Horizon. Some games loaded 100% less percent, or vice versa, depending on what the game requires more. But the FPS was normal, but when the FPS is so-so and the percent and the map are loaded by 40-60% where is the logic? Cyberpunk is the first game that came across to me with such "logic"
Gremlin700
It happens. In Total War: Warhammer, my processor is loaded at 60% and the map is 50%. and the FPS sags. percent i7 3770K.

Total War ... there seems to be a quad-core Intel Core 2 Duo ...
In cyberpunk, I think I need to look for a problem in the software, otherwise how can I explain that on one practically hardware someone has 100% load and FPS 50 and the other 50 % loading and FPS 15

If, if you set high settings (squad size, etc.), Intel Core 2 will not take out, the overclocked i7 3770K barely puffs. By the way, the total var was on 7, when I put it on 10, the percentage was better loaded (80% somewhere)

What processor costs? What Windows?
I changed the vidyuhu. I took a BU from GeForce. He threw off his on alika.
I share tests:
i5-4570, 16 Gb, Radeon RX 470 - 18 fps (medium-high settings, in the city)
i5-4570, 16 Gb, GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER - 48 fps (medium-high settings, in the city)
Windows 10 with all updates. Percentage with GeForce is loaded ~ 5% less. But I blame it on the error.
It's not about the process and not about the memory. But in vidyuha / in vidyuhi wood / in vidyuhi settings. Look for Radeon optimization guides.

The logic is that there is a task that needs to be performed by the kernel and which cannot be split into parts and until this task is completed it will not move to another percent. So it turns out that percent. does not export, but it is not loaded at 100. In short, you want to make it clearer to google how percent in games works, but this is the norm that percent can not be exported and not loaded at 100

Windows update did not help. I rolled patch 1.4 on the game, too nifiga has not changed.
