Game freezes when opening / closing menu (Cyberpunk 2077)

I don't know why, and I don't always see this. But when this problem appears, then you need to wait 20 seconds to open the map, then wait another 40-60 seconds until the game hangs. Such garbage also creeps for a pause. Restarting does not help somehow it appears and sometimes disappears and then back. I would like to know if I broke it myself, or some people also had this.
