Met a lot of people unfortunately that the game does not recognize the keyboard when launched via remote access programs. Most of the time this problem is related to Parsec. The solution is as follows:In the parsec window at the bottom left, click on the PCM program icon and disable gamepad support. Profit, now the game recognizes the keyboard. Hope it helped.
