Gog version, mouse problems (Cyberpunk 2077)

Often, when fighting or shooting, a character turns around and looks at the floor, how to decide?

There was such a glitch. Conflict with background processes. Disable everything in turn and check on a running game. I decided to disable QTranslate (added the game process to the exceptions in the program settings). The program intercepted mouse requests and there was a conflict. At least that's the case for me.
