You can buy it from the seller with wirts, you can find it yourself or by quest from Judy (find Evelyn) as an additional task. But there is no way to look. At the moment, these are just items in the inventory that cannot even be disassembled. Either the cut content due to the fact that they did not keep up, or the backlog on the DLC.
