Quest Old Friends. Takemuru won't call [bug] (Cyberpunk 2077)

Recently faced such a problem. Takemura just doesn’t call.
Task old friends, I’ve been waiting for a week by pressing "wait" in the menu and nothing happens. I tried to switch to other tasks and complete them - but still. Takemura is not calling !!! What to do? Who figured out how to decide? Or do you have to wait for the patch and this is everyone's bug?
