Possible romance for a female Persian [spoiler] (Cyberpunk 2077)

I read on the forums / site that it is impossible for a female Persian to enter into an affair with Meredith Stout, but alas - they were mistaken. As I understand it, it depends on whether the hero has an intimate place [female or male] (in my case, I have the first option), because by default it seems to be NOT at all ... And you need to choose yourself when creating a character ...
